Thursday, November 28, is Thanksgiving Day in the United States. While not a Church holy day, it serves as a helpful reminder to give thanks to God for all the gifts and blessings in our lives. In the Letter of James, we read: “[A]ll good giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights” (James 1:17). Foster an attitude of gratitude in the children under your care. Use these activities in connection to Thanksgiving—or any day of the year!
