Give Thanks for Family

Author: Nicholle Check ~ December 19, 2017

Families around the world will gather for all of the celebrations of Christmas—from Christmas Day through Epiphany. The Holy Family is a model to all Christian families. Before they sit down to enjoy a special meal with their loved ones, encourage your children to create this Circle of Family and Friends centerpiece. It will remind them to honor the Holy Family and to give thanks for their own. It’s also a nice prompt to begin their holiday meal blessings—“I thank God for Uncle Patrick who always tells the best jokes” or “I thank God for Aunt Marcie who makes the best pickles.”
